Allie Parsons is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, with a degree in Nutrition from Samford University. Allie offers wellness coaching and dietary advice with her Nutrition Practice, Off Beet Nutrition, housed right here in our office. Allie’s passion is to assist people in reaching optimal health through diet choices, as well as herbal and homeopathic supplementation. Her consults consist of an initial evaluation that is then paired with an invidualized diet plan. Every plan is rooted in the belief that one must care for the whole body, rather than chase symptoms. Outside of patient consultations, Allie teaches for a non-profit program called Cooking Well, that aims to provide racial reconciliation and community development through nutrition and culinary education. She and her husband also manage a community garden that belongs to Redeemer Community Church in the heart of Avondale, which is focused on providing vegetables to those in need.
Allie's wonderful experience as a patient of Dr. Lee’s throughout college contributed to her belief in the importance of holistic health and the miracle of chiropractic care. She is so honored to be a part of the wellness team.
