Allie Parsons is a graduate of Samford University with a degree in Food and Nutrition and a minor in Religion. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Allie fell in love with the friendly and foodie city of Birmingham. Allie’s passion is teaching people how to cook healthy on a budget, while also focusing on organic gardening and sustainability. She assisted in developing and still runs a non-profit program called Cooking Well through the Christian Service Mission that aims to provide racial reconciliation and community development through nutrition and culinary education.

Allie fully believes in the healing power of real, whole, foods and the meaningful act of sharing a meal around a table. Aside from cooking, Allie enjoys traveling and any activity that allows her to be outside, like rock climbing or camping. Her wonderful experience as a patient of Dr. Lee’s all throughout college contributed to her belief in the importance of holistic health and the miracle of chiropractic care. She is so excited to be a part of the wellness team!
